Emma Gaskin helps women speak up and get paid to share their story on stages. She is the founder of The Speaking Hub and an award winning speaking coach with a background in Speech and Language Therapy.
Over the past 11 years Emma has worked with more than 1,000 individuals, drawing on the science of voice and communication she studied through her degree and career in Speech and Language Therapy. During her time in the NHS she supported people recovering from strokes and brain injuries, developing a deep understanding of what happens when speech is lost and what it truly takes to rebuild a voice.
Today she helps women overcome the patterns that hold them back from speaking up and develop the skills to communicate with power, own the room and get paid for their expertise. In 2025 she was named the #2 Communication Expert in the UK, Niche Coach Of The Year and recognised as a Top 1% LinkedIn Creator. Through her Speak Up Method she blends science, psychology and practical strategies to help women magnetise opportunities with their voice.
